From cybercrime to peace: part two
The hatred on-line campaign started, two years and a half ago, by the Pakistani Ramla Akhtar reached none of its goal. Though she tried all that she could, and dedicated most of her days and nights to this endeavour, she was unable to find a method for breaking the prophylactic lockdown built around her. It is obvious Ms Ramla Akhtar persistently overestimated her capacity of nuisance, despite her impressive outstanding efforts and skills in that direction.
The sanctions she originated and the repeated failure of her attempts have an inflating destructive impact on her life, on her image, on her credentials, on her self-confidence and on her mental health. Except for a deeply rooted suicidal addiction and for the need to embed extra victims in her end, there is no explanation about why Ms Ramla Akhtar rejected the generous offer of August 2021, which could have made possible for her to honorably close this case and to come back to the normal real life.

1. The dead impersonating account
On July 18, 2021, Ms Ramla Akhtar created the Twitter account @BestInventoryPR against Bernard Grua for capturing a French audience, especially a Nantes one. After three months, despite following 238 accounts and posting 352 tweets it, eventually, has just one actual follower. Its two other virtual “followers” are Ms Ramla Akhtar’s personal Twitter accounts.
1.1. One follower, an anonymous Pakistani troll
All temporary French followers have been individually contacted to unfollow BestInventoryPR. Three accounts did not want to unfollow “BestInventoryPR” despite numerous warnings. Law enforcement cleared this issue. One remained, a Pakistani troll presenting himself as “shamelessly biaised.”
1.2. No more retweets and views
In July 2021, the first Pakistani shocking posts of @BestInventoryPR were amazing and unusual in France, a state of free speech delimited by strict legal borders. Some French strong twitter accounts retweeted Ms Akhtar posts. It led to a significative number of views. At the very beginning, the name of this account also included “Best Inventory”. It created some confiuson and, with good faith, some people may have thought it was actually Bernard Grua’s professional activity, added to the fact this junk account followed all Bernard Grua’s followers.
However, after a report to Twitter, the platform demanded this impersonating name to be changed. Ms Ramla Akhtar’s choices such as “Soutien au crime par Vilain #BernardGrua“, “Protégeons Nantes de #Bernard Grua” or “La troll de #Nantes #Bretagne” were disastrous. For reasons we will not explain, here, but that any French person can understand, it was consequently the end of the game, although Ms Ramla Akhtar did not realize it. As far as Brittany (Bretagne) is concerned, Bernard Grua is untouchable because of certain wellknown publications and positions. Activists and major Breton media immediately sided with him.
Ms Ramla Akhtar took pride and illusions of her initial success. Meanwhile, the innocent retweeters have been warned of the potential consequences of their action and understood their mistake. Additionally, based on Ms Akhtar’s insights publication, they realized any new retweet will make them part of a hatred campaign and will spread a rabid defamation leading to potential violences.
Following Samuel Paty’s assassination, French population could not stand the frequent “Allah” or devil invocations, the “Ameen” repeated after the worst allegations and the obviously disgusting posts shared by Ramla Akhtar on @BestInventoryPR. The “style” and the publications were continents away from France, a nation which erected caricature as a fine art. All of this became rapidly stinky for any viewer. It was not scandalous, funny or amusing anymore. It was repulsive. In other words, it became too much Pakistani tainted for a French audience. As a consequence, the account BestInventoryPR quickly became a dead one.
2. The deadborn public media campaign
As far as Pakistani media are concerned, jus one Pakistani journalist was interested in Ms Akhtar case. After a WhatsApp conversation with Bernard Grua, he decided to run away and to never be mentioned with this story.
Despite her regular announcement that she got in touch with French or even Nantes public media, Ms Ramla Akhtar obtained zero result for two years and a half.
Ms Ramla Akhtar’s media campaign endless crashes against the sanitary fence organised around her on the Internet. In that sense, the thousands of readers the French articles got on Agoravox public media, built a resilient numerical fortress. Every French journalist or media, who would like to write about Ms Ramla Akhtar’s case, get quickly on line information for understanding the self-called victim might better be considered as a cyber delinquent. The outstanding interest of Agoravox is that it is shown on “Google News” search results. This is a result page familiar to public media which is inaccessible for private blogs.
Additionally, a “Dossier de Presse” in French, was prepared to the attention of any public media looking for information about this case. To stay factual, it just presents official papers and no opinion article: “Harcèlement et discours de haine en ligne: procédure contre Mme Ramla Akhtar cyber-délinquante pakistanaise“. It evidences that Bernard Grua repeatedly did his best efforts for terminating the litigation but that he faced rejections and an inextinguishable appetence for confrontation from his agressor.
Eventually what a Pakistani cyber-stalker is not aware of is the French “Law on the Freedom of the Press of 29 July 1881”.
No French media will ever publish Ms Ramla Akhtar’s allegations against a French citizen without checking them. It would be condamned for defamation. Expecting a French media could be a mirror of Twitter is a vain expectation.
3. The dead end of the “own media” campaign
3.1. Pamir Serai website defamatory website is buried
The “own media” campaign of Ms Ramla Akhtar is not on a better way than the public media one. Ms Ramla Akhtar, according to her goals and methods, played “smartly” while making a DMCA complaint based on forgeries. It helped her to take control of a “website” she turned into a defamation machine against the mountain family she wants to destroy. But this advantage is gone. It is, now, buried thanks to the new Pamir Serai and Pamir Trails websites which are performing very well. Based on her numerous tweets about these issues, it is obvious than Ms Ramla Akhtar is haunted days and nights by the burying of her evily “website”. For information, the design of these two new websites is what Ms Ramla Akhtar endless “denounces” as supporting “rape” and “paedophilia”. Her numerous exasperated tweets about this topic are duly received as awards.
3.2. Medium blog and all of its article is lost
Ms Ramla Akhtar against the above family used also her Medium account “Blackmoonsoul”. She wrote a calumnious document on the same way she uses Twitter. She was warned. Her account was suspended. The article was removed. She wrote two “articles” against Bernard Grua. The articles were removed frommedium. The account was suspended and Medium even asked Google to remove it from its cache (see attachment). Meanwhile, Ramla Akhtar ignored these warnings and continued to act without any common sens. She wrote a paper presenting COVID as a blessing and advertising for her illegal medicine against the pandemic. It was too much. “BlackMoonSoul” account was closed by Medium moderation on May 2020. It is still a trauma for Ms Ramla Akhtar.
Ramla Akhtar on Medium. “Corona Virus(COVID19) is a blessing”
Ramla Akhtar Medium account “BlackMoonSoul” suspended and, then, closed for defamation and for advertising illegal medicine against Corona Virus (COVID19).
To maximize the pressure against his tormentor, to encourage her nervous breakdowns, to discourage her, Bernard Grua published numerous articles about the Ramla Akhtar case on Medium. Fighting a cybercriminal is mostly a psychological warfare. It needs a fine “borderline” navigation. This is exactly what a she-bull misses, especially if she considers what works on Twitter is allowed everywhere. A proper discussion with Medium moderators let to know what was allowed and what was not permitted:
“Site policies prohibit posts that name specific private individuals for the purpose of targeted harassment or shaming, especially where doing so is likely to incite or foster further harassment, threats, and violence.”
This has nothing to do with the farcical excuse of “Whyte privilege.” Likely, the post presented below was published after one additional unsuccessful tentative to get Medium articles removed and/or to get Bernard Grua’s Medium account to be closed. This is an appreciated compliment. Let’s guess we will not like this new paper on Medium: Requiem for a black moon soul.
Medium was the only account, with an efficient SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), Ms Ramla Akhtar could use to promote a positive image of her. It is irremediably lost because of her hatred campaign and the bad habits she acquired on Twitter. Building a powerful Medium account needs time and numerous good articles for gaining an audience. This is a challenge Ms Ramla Akhtar is not mentally able any more to achieve.
3.3. Grua Abuse Arkive website was torched before take-off
In February 2020, Ms Ramla Akhtar created a website called WWW.GruaAbuseArkive.blogspot.com. There, she also used her Twitter methods, abusing name and personal pictures of her victim. With a single passport scan sent to Blogger.com, this website was blown away on the very day it was reported. Ramla Akhtar is forbidden to use, again, this URL . “Whyte privilege ?..”
Creation by Ms Ramla Akhtar of the impersonation and defamation website “Grua Abuse Arkive”. Advertising on Twitter. Removal of the website and banning of its URL by “Blogspot”, aka “Blogger”.
3.4. Two new difamatory websites announced without any start
In july 2020, Ms Ramla Akhtar said she will launch a new website turned against Bernard Grua. Nothing happened. One year after she said she just had the idea to launch a web site to staulk Bernard Grua’s family and friends. Again, nothing happened.
None of Ms Ramla Akhtar’s publications against Bernard Grua can be found on Google search results. This is the complete bankruptcy of two years and a half Internet investment.
4. The personal numerical image irremediably trashed
With her active stalking, under tens of thousands of tweets, Ms Ramla Akhtar, aka Ramla Aalam, endless produces material for documenting her case. With a proper SEO, it quietly jeopardizes her numerical space. As an individual, she is expelled from the numerical sphere. Any search engine request brings results revealing her actual reality, not the one she 24/7 tries to push on Twitter. Her pornographic conspiracy theory against the Chapursan Valley community was read by 3,240 people. See: Chapursan Valley, analysis of Ms Ramla Akhtar’s posts against the Wakhi minority. It unspectingly stimulated a flood of testimonies regarding her child abuse. Read: Ramla Akhtar: Pakistani testimonies about child abuses in Hussaini, Gojal. All of this would have been avoided if Ms Ramla Akhtar had agreed with the first conciliation she rejected as early as June 2019. Last but not least, Ms Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, spreads her discourse under frequently changing anonymous, if not impersonating, aliases. Doing so, she just leaves a free space for her victims, who can take care of her “personal brand.”There are other consequences we will address later with these different profiles.
In her whole life, Ms Ramla Akhtar had three or four years of documented professional “regular” production. It is the “writer period” she refers to, when she tries to show some credentials. This is, now, totally buried. Searching key words referring to this activity brings answers not monitored by Ms Ramla Akhtar. In around two years of cyberstalking activity, Ms Ramla Akhtar lost her professional asset. This cleansing was speeded by the reciprocity policy which will be explained below.
5. The devastating impact of the sanctions
As stated in the Formal Demand Notice dated July 21, 2021, and as a consequence of the generous appeasement rejection as of October 11, 2021, sanctions are, again, fully applicable. The same goal is, now, pursued against Ms Ramla Akhtar than the one she is seeking for her victims, i.e. destruction. All the means she is using against her victims might be applied against her. Though, for a rational and moral person, it is impossible to build the alternative, and always changing, reality in which Ms Akhtar lives. Reaching such a level of systemic fabricated lies is not accessible for normal people or might be detrimental to their mental health.
Here, is an example on how sanctions work. As presented above, on July 2021, Ms Ramla Akhtar created the BestInventoryPR Twitter account to attack Bernard Grua.
A standard prophylaxis was implemented. A Twitter account @BestInventory was created to avoid requests for Best Inventory being routed to the defamatory account @BestInventoryPR. @BestInventoryPR’s followers and retweeters were successfully discouraged.
Today @BestInventory potential audience (number of followers of its followers) is more than 40,000 accounts versus 6500 for its aggressor. @BestInventory Twitter account has 30 followers, 10 times @BestinventryPR followers number. To get this success, @BestInventory posted just 56 tweets versus 352 for its aggressor. Best Inventory France is also a company legally registered at Nantes court of commerce with its own domain and website http://bestinventory.eu. Except for the ultra permissive Twitter, no media would tolerate any impersonation.
Then, came reciprocity. Ms Ramla Akhtar pretends running an NGO called Ramla’s Project or Rmala’s Projects. This entity (?) stages itself by claiming projects completed by others. It is not registered. It has zero employees. It, actually, produces nothing. This is just a chat Facebook page with two poor and partial “websites”. It is, nevertheless, a constitutive part of Ms Ramla Akhtar’s personnal show off, when she tries to look credible.
5.2.1. Twitter counter-offensive
There are, now, one twitter account named @RamlasProjects and another one named @RmalasProjects. They were created as reciprocity sanctions against the impersonating and stalking account, @BestInventoryPR. Any search on Twitter for these words leads to them. They are valued every time Ms Ramla Akhtar’s talks about Ramla’s Projects or Rmala’s Projects. And she can’t create @RamlasProject or @RmalasProject Twitter accounts for taking back the audience. They are already used.
As expected, Ms Ramla Akhtar is infuriated with the accounts her Best Inventory impersonation pushed to create. Look below how her confused mind was lured. How she was triumphal and how she was immediately slammed.
5.2.2. Facebook counter offensive
5.2.3. Alternative websites for occupying Google search results
Two modern websites: Rmala’s Projects and Ramla’s Projects were quickly designed. Again, while Ramla’s Projects or Rmala’s Projects have no legal existence, there is nothing Ms Akhtar can do for claiming her “property” and getting these counter-websites down, despite her desperate efforts.
5.2.4. Ramla Akhtar’s personal account is challenged
Once Ramla Akhtar rejected the generous proposition and confirmed her confrontation decision, another sleeping account was activated. Because Ms Ramla Akhtar does not use her legal name but an anonymous fanzy handle, because she does not use her real personal picture, she is not be able to counter this new prophylactic account.
Other sleeping accounts will be activated in case Ms Ramla Akhtar launches new fake profiles. Every new stalking step is tightening the knot of the rope around the neck of the cybercriminal. Why the generous and fair proposition was not accepted is beyond any common sense.
6. The fear of regular justice
Since May 2019, Ms Akhtar is claiming that she will go, one of the following days, to legal authorities. She also repeatedly claimed that negatively commenting her slanderous posts would be opposing “the course of justice”. She assured that any contradictor would prosecuted as a criminal accomplice. In January 2021 Ms Ramla Akhtar went further. With Ms Olga Leonidovna Ozerova, she promised she would file a claim against Bernard Grua at Pakistani authorities for terrorism. For this task her partner wrote they would hire 10 Pakistani false witnesses. Ms Olga Leonidovna Ozerova was sanctioned.
In an attachment to one of October 10, 2021, tweets, the “strange” mentions of the November 2019 official complaint filed at a French high court against Ms Ramla Akhtar’s cyberstalking and the official complaint filed at the Pakistan Federal investigation agency cybercrime wing in July 2021 are not of great interest.
Read below why Ms Ramla Akhtar wants to avoid justice.
7. The suicide addiction, shaming and blackmail as a key?
Although the closing of the Medium “BlackMoonSoul” account, explained above, was a positive news, there is a reverse of the medal. There was an interesting paper where Ms Akhtar explained how suicide was a permanent temptation for her. This could have been a key contribution to understand why, today, she refuses a generous proposition, which could help her to come back to a real and regular life instead of this nihilist and destructive rage. It could also have helped to identify a proper psychiatric treatment for this person.
Ms Ramla Akhtar says she is tempted with suicide since early 2010. As soon as 2013, she started to tweet about suicide and wrote about her addiction on Medium. Subsequently she had the idea to use it as a mean of shame, of blackmail and of harassment against her victims. In her dark life, nobody would mourn her suicide. In the opposite, it would be a relieve and a good news. The only and major concern is that she could be able to kill Sofia, her daughter, beforehand.
Since 2013 Ramla Akhtar tweets about her suicide addiction
