BetterBonds is a herbal shop located near Hussaini bridge, Gojal, Hunza Valley, Pakistan. It is owned by Mss Rmala Aalam, aka Ramla Akar. Here below, is the review published on its two Facebook pages. BetterBonds by Rmala – Integrated Folk Remedies For Your Joy & Wellness and BetterBonds Natural Products for Joy & Wellbeing
On September 16, 2019, the same text was published on both pages: first publication and second publication. These reviews did not received proper business comments according to Facebook community policies. The discusion is presented below. It is evidenced with the screen captures presented in exhibit 2.
Initial text for BetterBonds review
Bernard Grua doesn’t recommend BetterBonds: Natural Products for Joy & Wellbeing.
Like many shops involved in natural supplies, this one offers nice products to relax or to enjoy the life. Lavender, sea buckthorn, rosehip tea, dry apricots or apricot jam, mountain honey, etc. are great. Their production should be encouraged locally. I am, myself, an addict of Gojal honey and sea buckthorn juice. But, I think, part of the offer should not be on Facebook.
Because part of the offer is selling medicine from this page. It is dangerous, the person doing so has no qualifications and no medical diplomas. In many countries, it would lead to a mandatory shut down of the business for practising illegal medicine. May be, Facebook does not consider it as false news? May be, it is OK with Pakistan law? I don’t know. However, when I see medical consultations are sold here, when I see that cancer or diabetes packs are sold on this page, I ask the question: “what happens if a client drops his/her normal treatment to rely on Better Bonds «medications» and gets irremediable health damages or die for un-proper care?”
Note: evidences of medical sales and consultations are produced in exhibit 2

BetterBonds by Rmala – Integrated Folk Remedies For Your Joy & Wellness
1. Nobody dies of jam, dry fruit and teas. If so, you will cause a LOT of Hunza businesses to close! So think about where you’re treading.
2. You must think Pakistanis are incredibly stupid and will try to “cure” cancer and diabetes with herbs. While attempts to do so happen, fortunately our country is not yet under full control of the military-industrial-pharmaceutical complex of which you yourself are a spawn… and no wonder you feel increasingly desolate and desperate in a world where people no longer take patriarchy’s order like you once took orders from a war machine.
3. You are the guy who has been sending me threats since I rebuked you for helping a rapist-pedophile. You are embarrassed, trapped by your own vile tongue, and must be in quite a fix as someone or another must have become aware that the already mentally-fragile troll (readers and Facebook, this guy is a PROFRSSIONAL troll and runs FB pages with the name of Stop Trolls! plus he runs anti-Russia campaigns ANd tries to seed separationism in remote regions of Pakistan!) from Nantes is in trouble overseas for questionable activities
4. May be let’s use your words to let people know that a man from France is DISCREDITING age old Hunza remedies. Are you willing for it? I will surrly.et your good Hunza and Gojal friends know that their bumbling and clumsy spokesperson is finally speaking AGAINST theur traditions! Cheers.

Ha ha you truly tried to cover your a$$ by saying “I am myself a fan but these things shouldn’t be sold online”. Are you sure? And should I let my Hunza and Gojal suppliers, to whom I am a source of income, know what you are up to?? Even though you claim to be a friend of Hunza people?
Dear Mr. Bernard Grua there are indeed kaws pertaining to medical claims… However #FoodAsDiet is a long-standing Muslim and Pakistani tradition and the laws are in gray zone..since it’s practially a Pakistani national sport to mention health benefits of even a fruit.
SECONDLY.you claim to be a friend of Hunza and Gojal..and for eons those poor people have made a living selling these things. I make Income for them. When you ask for my business to be harmed you are harming my suppliers… from Karimabad, Altit, Shimshal and Gulmit. And why so? Because you favor a RAPIST who the whole valley is fed up with. And when I wrote against that rapist you ATTACKED ME and you continue to attack me AND the locals who favor me.
So basically you couldn’t do a more effed up job of meddling in the affairs of a community. You attack the rest of them for one creep… congratulations!
Your Harvard education and world travels seem to have gone in vain for indeed, if you did not learn to mind your own business… you learned nothing.
Answer to Rmala Alaam’s comments
Dear Ms Rmala Aalam, owner and manager of “BetterBonds”
You can always disable the review ✍ of your business, if you feel so emotional about it. I can explain you how to do. If not, then you should tolerate positive feedbacks (what I did) and accept negative ones (what I did, too), especially if they refer to public health issues. If I was wrong saying you don’t have any legal qualifications to practice medicine, just produce your diploma and avoid any personal or religious unsupported arguments and conspiracy theories against me or against my Hunza friends. Let’s stay professionnal. Let’s stay factual and business oriented. Let’s produce evidences.
As far as I am concerned, I will comply with Facebook community policies. I will stay focused on the products and the services you deliver. I will not discuss on anything else, here. I can’t, however, agree with your public false news saying that I have a business in #terrorism. I don’t promote any seperatism. It’s an unfair statement. It’s dangerous. It has to be debunked. I am a French 🇫🇷 Navy ⚓ officer in reserve. I am an inventory entrepreneur. I am a photographer 📷. My photos are distributed by Getty Images. I am a novel writer 🖋focusing on geopolitics, traditions, history, heritage, culture and current challenges of small communities. I travelled in the most remote places of the world. I spent time with Siberian shamans. I published more than 10 articles about Hunza Valley, where I am appreciated for the respect and the attention I show to the local people of Pakistan🇵🇰. I have been also published on Hunza regional media such as Passu Times http://passutimes.net/News/3370 and Pamir Times https://pamirtimes.net/2019/05/10/at-the-knot-of-past-empires-zood-khun-a-wakhi-village-in-the-high-northern-mountains-of-pakistan/.
I attach, to this answer, a picture I did from Punjabi friends at Hussaini Bridge, next to your shop.

Regarding Russia 🇷🇺, which is absolutely out of the scope of this review, and has nothing related to a herbal shop of Gojal, you should not produce unsupported allegations which may be detrimental to your credibility. I am published by “Russia Beyond” (been criticised for being a Russian propaganda outlet) a subsidary of RT ( Rossiya Segodnya). Both are state medias run by the Kremlin. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russia_Beyond .Here are 3 articles, in French, but everybody can have an overview with Google translate.
This articles have also been published by the French media “Agoravox”.https://www.agoravox.fr/auteur/bernard-grua. They got 4 309 readers for the first, 24 176 readers for the second and 20 011 readers for the third. Another article on Agoravox about Russia got 23 621 readers. I can’t understand how this could be considered as an “anti-Russia campaign”.
Regarding your adorable daughter 👧, I agree this is an extremely serious issue, especially because of concerning written testimonies 📋I got about her dramatic life conditions 😧 . Those who want to see how we could help her 🙏 together can PM me 📧. I will not discuss 🖐 it on a business page and under a business review. It is not the place for it.
I wil not argue 🗣️here, about the other non-relevant and unsupported “ad personam” comments produced without even the beginning of any evidence. Those who want more information can always PM me I will provide supported answers and even ground articles, including a detailed report I sent to Gilgit-Baltistan and Islamabad authorities.
Last but not least, once you will recover some self-control, please read again my answer. I encourage 😍 organic wellness local productions🍑🍒🍵🍏🌿🎋🍃 🥀 for the benefit of local mountain 👩🌾👨🌾 🏔suppliers. 🚨 I just say I don’t recommend the inappropriate medicine 💊👩⚕🏥 advertisement. What is wrong with this? Once again, it is your choice to enable public reviews.
